Lindsey is an outstanding dog groomer. She is very sweet and gentle with my dogs. The dogs look amazing after she works her magic on them. I highly recommend her.

Yeah you could go to any PetSmart out there but the one in Johnson City Tennessee is by far the best. Every member of their staff including the grooming salon is extremely kind and professional. Beans and I have gone to many, many different grooming salons and the one at the PetSmart in Johnson City is our favorite. The prices are reasonable. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. There is plenty of parking out front and the store is wheelchair accessible.

I got a guinea pig from here in 2024. I named him Basil and I loved him every single day until he passed away yesterday. I do blame this place, honestly. He was only about 2 years old, which to a guinea pig is early adulthood. They never told me his gender, his age, whether his parents had any genetic conditions or anything. They gave me a pamphlet on how to care for a guinea pig, some food that wasn't good for him, and some bedding that was worse for him. When I realized that the food and bedding were bad for him I switched immediately. I gave him plenty of hides and toys that were all good for him. Background- We order a lot of our animal food online as any PetSmart is 35 minutes or over an hour from us. The store closest to us doesn't carry the food we need. We went to the store last night for two reasons. 1) Hills science diet changed our cat food formula without saying anything. The package online was different flavor and formula than what we received. That's not PetSmart fault. Hills science diet switched the flavors and formula but still had the same picture, name and UPC! So the new food made our cats throw up constantly. After talking to Hill's- them admitting what they did, the vet- suggesting a different food, and PetSmart corporate- returning the bag to the store. 2) Our prescription dog food bag came in the mail damaged- these things happen (could have been the store or in

Do not take your pets to this location for any grooming! My wife went to pick up our puppies today and witnessed one groomer yelling at the dog she was working on. Then another groomer brought ours out by dragging them. Literally dragging them by the neck! 100% will NEVER go back
