This pet smart has always been so amazing to my Nessie girl! She LOVES coming in each time. The people at the front desk always greet her and have treats on hand! Mikaela Has been our Trainner since September and has made huge improvements in our dogs behavior ! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve known multiple people who have gone to her for training and they all say the same thing! On top of all of that the Banfield at this location is her main vet. They take great care of her with affordable prices! Again, my dog loves going to the vet because she gets to see all of them ! 💕

Kudos to the lovely woman working Tuesday afternoon. We were so stressed about our dogs who started fighting since we introduced a rescue dog that we are trying to rehome. She helped us find calming meds that she uses. And spent a great deal of time with us. We left feeling good. And our dog is better. Thank you!

They have been wonderful about my outside cat who is so picky! He only likes Fancy Feast chicken breast Senior wet food. They can’t make it fast enough to keep up with the demand. I have asked them to check with other store. They give me addresses. They all have been great, but Regency Sq. is the bomb!! Thank you ladies!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received at PetSmart. I took my dog in for grooming and while they were cutting him on the table, he went to the bathroom. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they just put him in a crate and when I picked him up, they casually told me he had “pooped a lot.” To make matters worse, he had a fresh cut and they didn’t even bother to clean him up. When I asked for something to clean him with, the groomer handed me a paper towel and walked away, no offer to help, no apology, nothing. I couldn’t believe I had just paid $120 for this kind of service. Completely unacceptable. I even called the manager afterward to address the situation, and nothing came of it. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Store is always clean. Good prices. Glad they are in our neighborhood.
