They had the product I was looking for (Beyond Simply grain free cat food). I had not seen such a long line (quickly moving, but long) for a pet store before. Place was hoppin'.

I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service I received. I took my dog in for a routine grooming, and they ended up performing an ear plucking procedure, which I never requested and never would have (which the manager said was only available upon request). I had no idea this would be a part of the grooming process, and now, as a result, my dog has developed an ear infection. We had to take him to the vet for treatment, which could have been completely avoidable. To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager about the situation, they were unhelpful and refused to take accountability. This experience has left me frustrated and upset, and I will not be returning. I expect better care and communication when it comes to my pets health. I would highly encourage you to take your p

Apparently they tried to sell jumping spiders they wouldn't open the container at the store as I feel they were terrified of the gentle little spiders was assured it was a healthy juvenile spider, when we got home discovered it was full grown and had already gone through its last molt. on top of that it was missing a leg. Seeing how poorly they keep their animals are decided we would do our best to give him a good life, ended up dying a month later because obviously it was fully mature at the end of its life and they're selling them as spiderlings... Also The grooming salon is total trash nightmare. Avoid this place at all cost. In fact I would suggest avoiding all PetSmarts as they do not care about their customers and are grossly uninformed about the animals/products they sell and provi
