PetSmart

I thought pet smart prices a little high. We are using the vet hospital inside the facility. They seem to have good packages to save you money. My only concern is understanding what the Dr is saying to us about our baby, he is difficult to understand.

I truly appreciate Merritt today with my baby Zen. She was nervous seeing a new groomer, but he was so patient and accommodating with her. It meant a lot to see her treated with such kindness and understanding. Thank you for making the experience a positive one for us!

Scheduled dog grooming. My appointment did not start on time. I had to edit 20 minutes for the location to open and receive my dog for grooming. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will no longer come to this location.

Very super friendly staff! I felt very welcomed unlike the Petco in Kingwood that I typically go to. Petco staff have a bad habit of telling you what to buy and what you can’t buy. The staff simply let me shop and when I needed help they aided me. I will be coming back moving forward.

First time or pups went to a groomer. Merritt did an awesome job!
