Brought my cat in for her first spa day! Pearl had a bath-n-brush, nail trim and ear cleaning. It went really well. Very happy with the service provided. We will be back!
Although the store itself does need some updates, I prefer the ease of this location- especially for online orders with store pickup. I have had a few problems with items that I wanted being in stock during pop in visits. But I will say all the associates I've dealt with during checkout have been very friendly.
I was helped out by the assistant manager, a young man. .... He helped me size out a harness, collar and pick out a leash. Help me size out a metal crate for my dog ... The cashier lady was very good in helping me etch the YIP collar tag but I wish she had told me the distinction between Samsung Galaxy and Samsung Moto g. The YIP IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE MOTO G. I suppose I should have looked it up before I left but it's something someone at the store selling it to me should have considered. ... I will, however, keep coming back to this store.
It's an ok petsmart. Manager was ok. Lady at the register was nice. I ordered online and picked it up and I also shopped in the store as my regular petsmart was out of what I needed for my cats and outdoor critters.
I have taken my Maltese to Lauren in the grooming shop for a while and she has done a good job. I have a new bichon poodle and when I took her yesterday, I asked her not to cut any hair on her head at all because I know most groomers don't cut a bichon's head properly. I also asked her to cut half the length of her body hair. When I picked her up, she looked like a fox. Her top hair was cut, her face was butchered and her body was shaved. I didn't realize how bad it was until we were in the car and I really looked at her. I called back and asked why she cut her head and face after I asked her not to do it. She insisted that she hadn't cut her head at all. I'm really upset at the haircut but more upset that she denied it. I think it's pretty obvious her face and head are a completel
