Love this store! I place my order, it’s ready for pick up in no time and I don’t even have to wait in line. Points for purchases and a lot of sales online that you can still order and then go pickup.

Honestly the best petsmart ive been to because all the staff seems to know how to actually take care of the animals. Ive gotten great advice on how to get my jumping spider to eat and they've just always been so nice and helpful.

Called & canceled my grooming appointment hours before all because Kayla L. didnt feel "comfortable" grooming my dogs. I have had my dogs groomed at petsmart 20 times & they have never been an issue. She said there was a situation at arden when she was there and the only thing that happened was another employee here did cut my dogs eyelid & he had to get put under to get stitches. I asked if anything caused it to happen when they stated he just "misjudged" how close his eyelid was. I looked through all my bookings and never had an appointment with Kayla L. before so i'm unsure why she would feel uncomfortable all because another groomer hurt my dog? I even tipped the kid for causing harm to my dog thinking accidents happen which now when I look back on it I shouldn't have done that. Drove

We had an amazing experience with Nicole S. She was so kind, and helped us choose the right corn snake that would be perfect for my daughters birthday. Her customer service was incredible and we really appreciate her! Thank you Nicole you made our day!!

Was very much forward looking to this experience based on the recommendations and overall good reviews, but very disappointed with the experience. Very traumatic experience for me and my puppy so will not be going back. Update: was told at this petsmart that my dog did so bad that they had to add an extra service fee for her behavior…mind you she has had a hair cut before. She looked so bad I had to get an appointment ASAP with with one else today and I got a phone call after with them telling me how great she was and how well she did….just can’t say enough how bad this experience was and how I would not recommend Petsmart to anyone.
