PetSmart

Today I went to this petsmart store and had the worst experience I think I could have imagined. I hope the outcome of my story is that the manager is replaced and Mexican boy in the grooming salon is let go due to their lack of care and rudeness. First off, I scheduled a grooming appointment for my puppy there and when I went the Hispanic boy working there seemed very uninterested and rude to my dog. He never said thank you or welcome in and barely made eye contact, I am sure this the opposite of what he learned in training. I then informed him that I wanted to upgrade to the Valentine’s Day special and he said ok. Yet when I came to pick up my dog, the services I requested and was being charged extra for wasn’t done. The staff at Pet Smart Banfield Pet Hospital Veterinary was very reassuring, gentle & extremely compassionate .on Feb 21, 2025, bought our 14 year old blind, deaf, seizure suffering girl CoCo Chanel to be humanely to sleep. It was a sad day,yet we were happy she didn't have to suffer . I highly recommend this Pet Hospital for any future needs you may have .HAPPY BIRTHDAY & GOODBYE WE LOVE YOU COCO 😢 😭 ❤️

This place is one of the worst PetSmarts I've ever been to. Have you ever heard a miniature with a miniature complex thinking that he had better than everybody else and his word is golden even though he is in the wrong. This man is very unprofessional at this location and shouldn't even have a job. Drive to report him but was unsuccessful due to there's no proper way to report management to corporate

This place is a hit or a miss when it comes to employees in the fish dept. Some are nice and helpful though we did receive some bad advice. However, who I'm assuming to be a manager who works in that dept is very judgemental and condescending. She told us she wouldn't warrant our fish because we've "returned two already and she sees us there returning fish all the time". Which wasn't true at all. We returned one before that due to it being mean, not sick and it was only the one. Also the reason we were in there so much is because we just got a tank last month and are just getting into the hobby of fish keeping. Her tone was very rude and demeaning and was also a bold faced lie. Another girl helped us after and she ended up taking back our fish. It was healthy just wasn't a good fit for o

Excellent location. The FreshPet is always fresh and well stocked. Friendly staff, clean store and easy parking.
