Alley at the Hanover PA fish department was so helpful! She really knew her stuff and taught us how to take care of the fish and the tank. She spent an appropriate amount of time educating us each time we came in and we are very grateful! You don’t get much of that nowadays. They’re lucky to have her!

Do not recommend for walk in nail trims!! On three seperate occasions now they don’t have enough employees and will not have time. If you ask to schedule an appointment, they don’t take appointments for nail trims walk in only, but only when there’s enough employees

I called in multiple times asking about a cat got little to no answer then drove over an hour just to not even be able to see the cat that I was looking to adopt spoke to the people and all they said was to fill out a adoption application just to see cat and then they left such a wonderful experience

I left a review on another account an of course cannot leave another to further push more issues. I was in no more than 30 minutes ago for a nail trimming and the incompetent worker AKA “Heather” could not even trim a full paw before failing and her job. This location is a joke. And upon reading further reviews it’s clear the company does not care as they only seem to respond to positive reviews and let the negative ones slip under. I will never use PetSmart again. This company is a joke.

The puppy I dropped off for her first trim had a beautiful golden doodle wavy coat. The dog I picked up was hideous. These two pictures don’t even look like the same dog. We’re doing everything we can to get her coat back to normal. I also scheduled with the only groomer in there that I trust due to a previous bad experience & the salon always having new groomers, & instead my puppy got pawned off onto someone who was clearly new & inexperienced.
