Adopted to Burmese kittens along with all the essentials needed for their care, feeding and playing needs. The staff and adoption people are very nice. I highly recommend shopping here as the staff adds that over the top help when needed.

The store was kinda zooish! I did not mind the dogs barking; my dog barked also. I'm a mom and a grandma, loud noises are not too terrible especially when I tell myself, it will be over soon :) Someone had let their dog pee on the floor and did not clean it up. I put that yellow caution flag over it. The store had only one of what I needed, but that was better than having to travel to another store! The lines(only 2 registers open) went fast and slow. I think the computers were very slow (it happens!) My cashier was lovely and apologized for the delay, it was no biggie :)

In the order I received yesterday 8/6/25, was a case of wet canned food that was either spoiled or contaminated with something spoiled. There were maggots and what looks like mold inside the box. I did not check the date, I bagged and trashed the whole case immediately. This is unacceptable, that I received a case containing maggots. What if I placed this case inside my pantry? What if I FED THIS TO MY PET? I find no excuse good enough for this. I will no longer shop at petsmart.

Clean, reasonable selection, animals are well kept and appear healthy. Only small issue is they often are out of stock of specific items (requiring either a return to the store later, or ordering online), and the hay isn't always green. Can't help what is shipped by the hay companies, though, so not too disappointed in that.

Typical Persmart with the added bonus of a longtime core staff who truly cares about customer service and the animals. This location also has a grooming salon and a BANFIELD. Note; customers with dogs do not seem to care about picking up after them in spite of the fact that poop bags are provided outside the store.
