PetSmart Grooming

I come here quite often. And I just can’t believe I’m just that lucky that each time I come there’s a long line. Only one cashier works here at a time. There’s an office directly in view of the cashier. There’s staff in there clearly. However, I get to spend 20mins in line to buy one bag of dog food. Don’t ever come to this place. This will be my absolute last time.

I have tried multiple times to use the grooming service and each time it's something different, from my appt being canceled, to my appt being pushed back because of "emergency express/priority" client, to not receiving the full service that I get charged/pay for. At this point I need up paying the same amount as when I was going to a private groomer, but not get the same quality of service. Think twice before booking an appt with add one, you may get ripped off. Today's experience (note - my pup's 2nd birthday) another owner was shorted service. He faught for his refund, but I didn't cause I made it up in my mind, this store will not be getting anymore of my business. 2nd note- because it's the weekend, I had to also pay a premium (and didn't get or more services that I paid for).

Miss Shake gave our schnoodle a distinguished schnauzer cut today! Thank you, ma’am!

Great availability, took my dog in after my original appt somewhere else cancelled. Mia cleaned my pup up and she’s very happy and soft :)
