PetSmart Grooming

We love Amy at PetSmart Grooming! She does such a great job on my Teddy Bear(shihschon) Bentley and evidently he sits good for her, not me! He looks like a prince, and acts like it too when he’s all clean and groomed, thanks Amy

I knew it was time to purchase one of these climbing towers when my cat jumped in the air and pounced on my head at 3 in the morning. Money Well Spent. As you can see, she has played on it for hours! Get your cat one too. The Price was fair.

One gentleman whom I can’t remember the name of is the only thing saving this from being a one star review. Don’t come to this location if you need your tank water tested and have questions. They will treat you as if you’re in the way, not let you ask questions, and then shove water treatments in your face. Hopefully someone up the ladder reads the reviews and actually steps in to retrain this stores staff.

Scheduled my dog an appointment for 8:00am, the worker was very enthusiastic about doing the job. I got there at 8:00am they told me that my appointment time doesn’t match with the time the lady gets in, she gets in at 9:30… so I go home I get an email at 9:09am saying they cancelled my dog’s appointment and sorry they missed me, no call or anything.
