PetSmart Grooming

We met Kiwi at PetSmart, and she was absolutely amazing! We’re first-time puppy parents, and she took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about helping people and their pets. She didn’t just try to sell us products — she genuinely cared and made sure we were well-prepared. We left feeling confident and excited, all thanks to her. Thank you, Kiwi!

I just wanted to make people aware. I have taken my dog to get her nails cut in the grooming office. I’ve been there twice and both times an older woman is working on cats and yelling and being very aggressive with them. Even when she takes them in the back you can hear her yelling at the cats from the front desk. I understand it must be very difficult to groom a cat! It must take a lot of patience!!!!!!! But I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional. I would never feel comfortable with my cat being treated that way especially when they are scared. I brought it up to management before but it seems like nothing has been done. I just wanted any cat mom or dad to be fully aware of what’s happening when their cat is being groomed!
