PetSmart Grooming

I was going there for years and Gaira ( Ms G) was the best until she left last week. The lady who butchered my dog is named Liz and I can't even describe how bad of a job she did... My Bernedoodle now looks like a cancer patient and she had the audacity to charge me 70 dollars more for de-matting him when all she did is basically shaving him ( and that completely uneven and butchered). I can unfortunately never go back there and please stay away from Liz and she should loose her job because of what she did to my dog...Last 2 pictures show how he should have looked like

Appalling service. I had asked for my Labrador to be washed and for the Furminator to be used because he was shedding — the result: my dog came out with raw, hairless patches on both hind legs! I will never go back there again, it’s outrageous.

Alexandra was super helpful and groomed my furbaby Ramon. He looks spectacular for the New year's. Highly recommend!!

The staff was so sweet to me and such genuine animal lovers! My dog was so happy afterwards and she’s very anxious and they treated her like a princess! Fairly priced too
