PetSmart Grooming

I bring my Pom Benji to see Deysia and she does such a good job (bath full haircut with furminator) , she’s very loving towards animals and makes him look so good !! Obrigado !! & We have also seen Tiffany as well and she’s also great !

Grooming work is fine. Management, customer service, and their “system” is a complete mess. Always make sure they can actually see your dog, booking an appointment is not enough. Their “system” doesn’t flag vaccination updates until check-in apparently which makes zero sense. Why would you be able to book an appointment if you’re missing updated vaccination? Do they think people just have nothing better to do than to wake up early, waste an hour of their day, and get nothing accomplished? Thats sure how it felt. Worst part was the tone they took to make me feel I did something wrong. Just pure frustration.

They have plenty of crickets but apparently don't sell them past a certain time, despite being open for business. Just be honest and say you're afraid to touch the bugs!

Unfortunately todays experience was totally unexpected. I have been bringing my dog here for years . She’s a 14 year old Pekingese and in August she had a minor stroke . She has no after effects of the stroke except sometimes if she is picked up suddenly her equilibrium is off and she wants to roll over . I attempted to put these notes in my booking online but the site couldn’t save my notes at the time . I arrived at the appointment and mentioned this to the groomer at which time she consulted with another team member . They refused to take my dog saying they did not have the ability to groom safely . Needless ti say they didn’t even check her out to see that she is perfectly fine . They recommended I now have her groomed at a veterinarian. I’m very disappointed to say the least .

I will file official complaint against this grooming department for lack of empathy and compassion along with lack of providing consistent experience from visit to visit.
