Lexi did an excellent job today grooming my Sharpei Gumbo. Highly recommend her, she was kind and patient

Absolutely horrible. My partner took our sister’s dog for a bath and regular cut and below are the before/after photos. The dog isn’t even recognizable and was shaking afterwards due to losing all his fur (we had to put a sweater on him). We took our dog there as well and my partner noticed another dog’s nails bleeding from the male groomer who clipped them and specifically asked to be careful because of seeing this. As you can see from the other photo of a paw, they trimmed our dog’s nails down to the root where it bled like the other dog and our dog is licking it and sore. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will never take our pets to this location again. The only reason we did is because we were in a pinch for time and the closer locations were booked but please NEVER take your dog

I was told my dog did great, gave a tip, then got my dog and her report card. It said she was difficult, wouldn't stand up, etc.

Took the grandkids here. All adults. They loved it. Food was good. Service was great.

I always bring Casey for his grooming. Very caring, friendly and professional service.
