Had Maggie groomed on 6/19. Was charge a seasonal upcharge of $5. I was told of this charge while booking. Was not told until checkout. Also told the charge could not be waved. This is price gauging at its best. I'm real unhappy with Petsmart and I'm going to social media to announce it
Makayla is does so great with my 94 pound big pup German shepherd maximus. I know it’s no easy task but every-time she has pampered him he looks like a new fresh dog that is ten pounds lighter from the dog hair . I appreciate her so much and for being so good with my boy
Sabrina V groomed my girl Nala today and it’s the best haircut she has ever got. Amazing work. Really happy with my experience. I will request her personally going forward. I’m having a hard time expressing in words, because it truly was an amazing haircut for her.

Just went and picked up a beta fish and got home. After a few hours of letting him accumulate to the water I put him in and the next thing I know he is infested with worms. I only had him in the water and there is already 18 that I counted. I'm sure there are way more. Turns out the worms are from poor maintenance on these poor fish.
