petsmart has gotten to be a joke!! You make an appointment if you arrive early you wait for the groomer to come in. If you are late you have to reschedule.
My appointments have been canceled a half dozen times and three times I wasn’t called so I showed up just to get an excuse why they couldn’t cut my dogs hair. I was offered a ten percent discount for a later cut this last time but I wouldn’t trust that crew with my dog at this point.
Can't find a cat groomer anywhere but here. Nikki always takes care of Blaze.
