PetSmart Grooming

Serenity has done our dog’s grooming the last 3 or so visits and is very patient with him, especially with nail grinds because they make him nervous! He doesn’t seem stressed to go in or going home, which is a good sign.

My roommate got her dog groomed here, we don’t know what happened inside but he was completely traumatized. He has been to another groomer before and did just fine, but after being groomed here he still isn’t acting like himself and it has been 5 days. He is very scared and anxious, and now he won’t even eat unless you are right there. And they didn’t even do a great job trimming him and doing his nails.

Last visit here today, will find a groomer that actually enjoys interacting with pets and their owners. Rude and abrasive tone from the staff I dealt with. Charging $15 extra for “old dogs” and incomplete service because they don’t “comb out matted areas” after bathing. (Our dog has naturally curly hair and it tends to mat at the end of his tail.) Then the lady proceeded to tell me that we needed to wait in the parking lot until he was done being groomed. Not sure what’s going on here, but your providing a service, not directing customers actions. One of our worst grooming interactions in 15 years.

My girl loves this salon. And when she comes out she looks so beautiful. They put bows on her ears and she always lose them. But if fun to see her look like a cute little girl. I love her so dearly. Best dog a person could ever have. I am so blessed to have her.

Paid for deshedding, still has alot of hair shedding and face was not washed. Very poor job.
