PetSmart Grooming

They are so nice to the Luna puppy, even though she's a typically overly-excited, wants to play with everyone, 24-7 hyper Golden. Luna had a couple of well-entrenched tangles in the feathers behind and under her ears. Luna would neither let us comb them out nor cut them out. The groomer cut the tangles out despite not being mentioned by me. Cool!! We will be back to Petsmart for more Luna grooming. Definitely!!

I walk in line of people trying to pay to the very back of the store. One cashier, no manager feeling the gap. And we wonder why brick and mortars are dying

I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my dog in for the $70 groom which included a hair trim and nail trim. they left half of his nails long after scolding us for letting them get long enough to touch the ground stating that they weren’t able to clip them because of him moving too much. I understood this but they refused to take it off the bill stating that it would be more expensive to itemize the bill. They didn’t even trim his hair very well leaving huge patches super long underneath. I was super nice but they refuse to do anything to help me out or give a discount for the very poor service a terrible job they did. They even force you to pay before you see your dog so that you can’t inspect their work before paying.

I had reservations about taking my pup to petsmart for a groom but ultimately decided to go through with it because of the price point and because I really wanted to reduce his shedding. When I dropped him off, I was put off by how un-empathetic the receptionist was. I have a big dog but he's a big baby and was very nervous. If you work with animals, have some compassion and talk to them to relax them- I don't care if you have zero people skills, make the pets feel comfortable and make their owners feel comfortable. We are entrusting you to treat them as your own in our absence. She did not pet him or talk to him or coax him on going with her. Just put a lead on him and tried to take him to the back while he resisted. When I returned to pick him up, the groomer seemed to have a good attit
