PetSmart Grooming

Sometimes it’s both what you say and how you say it. It was just after 6 PM so there was an expectation of there not being appointments available for walk-ins but we were simply told “we don’t have time”. She had a look on her face of not wanting to be there and of wanting us to leave. We went up the street and were greeted with a welcoming smile even though she was busy.

My baby girl has never looked more beautiful!! We took our Great Pyranees/German Shepherd mix to PetSmart Grooming today for her first ever spa day, and they treated her so lovingly. Kudos to Laura for working with Flo so patiently. She was a big fluffy mess, but now she'll look her best for Thanksgiving and all the family photos!! No more fluffy paws and knots behind her ears!

Robin was excellent. She bathed and groomed my golden retriever perfectly. I am visiting from out of town, but will definitely use her again, if the opportunity arises.

Kyle was so knowledgeable and caring about the pet hamsters we were looking to get. He gave us such great information and first hand knowledge of owning these pets. The manager Terrell helped us find an alternative tank when they were out of stock at the price of the one we wanted to get. Great employees!

Colin is such a nice guy. Always very friendly and my pup seems to like him. Never have any issues and he makes my boy look so cute when he's gone in for his appointment.
