They always take care of our babies. The 100lbs one hates the drier cage, and they accommodate him. The 40lbs one is kind of a psycho, but we never have an issue here.

Called the number to pickup a curbside order and spoke with Mike. Sounded disgruntled, and asked what I wanted. I said I need to pickup an order for (fiancé’s name) and the idiot just hung up. I go inside and they don’t even have the order ready, even though it’s been over an hour since she ordered it. I’d have given one star, but the front desk girl was super nice. Mike, if you hate your job, just quit. Don’t take it out on the people that pay your bills.

Will never bring my dog there again, they canceled my appointment same day , don’t consider if i have plans, or trips.not the first time they did that. I am customer with them for more than two years . Super rude , and bad customer service I have ever had. I will never recommend them to anyone.
