Concern About Grooming Experience I wanted to share a disappointing experience at the Bridford Parkway PetSmart today. I dropped my dog off at 12:36 PM for a simple face, feet, and fanny service, something that typically takes about an hour. Unfortunately, I didn’t pick him up until 5:30 PM. No one contacted me about his pick-up time, and out of concern, I decided to go in and check on him. What makes this even more disheartening is that I chose this location hoping for a better experience after a similar situation at the Lawndale store, where my dog was kept in a kennel for several hours without any communication. If I could give -0 stars I would. Crystal in grooming should be in jail for dog abuse. yesterday, my miniature dachshund had his monthly grooming appointment. I was shopping around in the store, and decided before I left to look through the glass to see my dog getting groomed. Imagine my surprise when crystal grabs my dog by the NECK forcefully, not the top of his fur. His full neck. When confronted immediately, crystal played dumb. Was told my dog was a bite risk and tried to nibble in the past, yet this was the first time I was made aware of this and there was absolutely 0 notes in his chart because she "forgot" to put the notes in the past. Over half the beta fish were sitting dead in a small jar and the rats were being fed improper food. Hay is not something they can eat. This place needs new management

Thanks for canceling our grooming appointment appointment 90 minutes before we were scheduled to arrive, Mya. Way to make a terrible week worse. Will never shop or book here agai. I'd rather pay twice as much somewhere else than ever step foot in this location (even for a dog treat) again.

Sometimes the lines get long here because the usually only have two cashiers but they are great and helpful with returning things if they don't fit right or your pets don't like it.
