This place has everything you could possibly want for your pet. Lots of services for your dog or cat. There is an in house medical care , doggie hotel and grooming services. Great people working there who really go out of the way to be helpful. The place is well organized and clean. Plus the fact that because it's such a large place the prices are always good. I think it's a great place for all your pet supplies.

Inconsistent experiences. First time I took my dog to get a haircut was great. The second time, a different trimmer cut her exactly the way I said not to, then got annoyed that I asked him to fix it. Also, when I went to pay at the cashier, the cashier had a huge line building up because she was talking to a customer for an unreasonable amount of time and she was nasty when I asked if the line was going to move.

At the counter for Day Care yesterday I was rudely spoken to by a woman with glasses and greasy hair who informed me that my dog could not participate in Day Care bc she was a pit. While being spoken to a woman and her child were checking out with there small dog who kept coming up to my dog, who was sitting between my boyfriends legs with her tail tucked, so you can rightly assume my dog was anxious bc of the small dog continously approaching and barking at her. The small dog for the 4th time came up to my dog and my dog stood up, still between mt boyfriends legs, which caused the small dog to bark, the owner to scream at the top of her lungs and the employee with great sympathy to ask the owner if her dog was ok and to check it. Stay away from this place at all costs if you are looking for a dog hotel. I left my dog here for an overnight stay and he has not been the same since he came home. When I went to pick him up I know something was wrong when the employee of the pats hotel a tall skinny white woman was extremely rude and couldn’t find any of his belongings. I arrive home and my dog has a gash on his nose, is flinching when I reach to pet him and he refuses to eat or even as much as bark. When I speak to the manager he said nothing happened my dog just had diarrhea which I can promise you he did not have when I dropped him off. This is a complete mystery as to what really happened but nonetheless I will never bring my dog back here

I went to the petsmart grooming spot for the first time to bring my Schnauzer pup, she is a very sweet dog, all I wanted was for her to get a little trim, and to keep it decently long. When we arrived, my dog kept trying to run away and didn’t want to go inside. The place was very dirty and doesn’t look like anyone cleans there. After her visit there she came back with her fur completely shaved, when I specifically asked for just a trim. Her fur looks extremely choppy and has pieces of fur sticking out. Some parts of her gums show on the side of her mouth and the rest of it is covered by fur. She looks so drastically different that I thought they gave me the wrong dog.
