PetSmart

Called all around Great Falls Mt to get my fur baby a special variety she would only eat. Called Pet Smart told them the variety I needed and they had exactly 31 cans, hurrah! I drove over, friendly customer service person, same person I talked with on the phone. I asked his name Ken he not only got me a shopping cart to carry my order but wheeled it out to my handicap parking space . God bless him what a good company employee!!!!!

It has a decent amount of supplies, but they are pretty pricey unless you can find a sale. Very cute things for your animals that Walmart doesn’t carry and of course you get to look at the cute pets.

There's not much else that I despise being as much as being a last minute shopper. My baby kitty that I've had for 10 years was showing hairball distress and I called them as I was pulling into the parking lot 2 minutes before closing and the wonderful soul that was working ran to the back and got the hairball medicine as I was running into the store. No attitude for being there a breath before closing. She showed compassion and concern and wished me success with the treatment, and a better night. I'm truly grateful for their above and beyond service. Thank you so much!!!

I really enjoyed the puppy classes with Devlin. Devlin was an excellent listener and addressed each client's issues with their puppies. He never made anyone feel like their questions weren't valued. Unfortunately, I live over an hour away and the winter weather was getting progressively worse each week. Devlin was so kind to refund me for my puppy classes I couldn't attend. I will definitely go back when the weather improves.

The staff are amazing and so polite! I'm a regular. Been coming here for the past 3 years for my cat and dog supplies, as well as my aquatics. No matter the task or question, I'm helped to satisfaction every time.
