⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brittany is the trainer you NEED at PetSmart! We first had classes with another trainer, Jenn, and honestly, those sessions were confusing and disorganized — it felt like there wasn’t much structure or progress. Our golden doodle even bit my girlfriend during that time because he didn’t understand boundaries. Then Brittany took over, and it was a complete night-and-day difference. She’s patient, clear, and truly knows how to connect with dogs. Now our doodle can sit, lay, and stay in place even without us using our voices. He’s calm when people come over, and he takes treats gently from both my hand and my girlfriend’s hand — no more biting! Brittany, you are absolutely tremendous. I couldn’t be happier with the grooming my dog received from Aleina Alarcon! She was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive from start to finish. My dog came back looking amazing—clean, perfectly trimmed, and clearly comfortable and happy. You can really tell how much Aleina cares about the animals she works with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, trustworthy groomer who truly loves what she does.

I love that PetSmart has walk-in appointments for nail trimming. My older boy lets me do his nails, but his younger sister refuses. The staff here have never had an issue and say she's the easiest to work with. While she's getting her nails done, Buster and I shop around for the 15 or so minutes it takes. Easy in, easy out.

My puppy Xena completed her beginner class with Brittany! Brittany is so patient and flexible with showing different techniques to teaching a skill. My puppy now can sit, and lay down with only hand gestures. No more having to repeat yourself when your dog isn’t listening. 10/10 would recommend!!
