A two for audacity, but a solid -10 for skill. Yes this is my dog, yes this is real—- yes I paid $155. Yes they thought this was okay, no they didn’t offer to fix her. Yes she still looks like this.

The last several times we’ve taken our dog there, we’ve been pleased with how he looked & his temperament afterwards. He will show his stress whenever it’s been a bad hair day & worse. He has been playful, happy to see us & all. However, he wasn’t just spasming out to get home. He stayed calm enuf to go shopping in the store for a while afterwards.

If you have a golden retriever, do not bring them here. They usually would just trim my boy with shears to clean him up. I just picked him up and it looks like they shaved him. It’s choppy, uneven, he doesn’t even look like himself. I am so upset. His beautiful hair is gone. He has never looked like this in his entire 5 years. 0/10 do NOT recommend.
