Best groomers in the Cherry Creek area. Mom's dog looks handsome every time we get his grooming! All the groomers are knowledgeable in grooming all sorts of dog breads. Some have better expertise in certain dog breeds then others. Overall all a great place to take your domesticated animals to get their needs met,from food/supplies to medical expertise!

While we have a great experience with all aspects of this store, this review is specifically to call out the exceptional service of the PetsHotel and the manager there, Mark. We've been bringing our dog Pickles for boarding here for over six years now, and she absolutely loves it! Mark runs things very well there and you can tell his team is happy and engaged, and truly care about the animals in their stead. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and we are always confident in the attention that Pickles receives. We recently adopted a cat, Sunny, and she has also enjoyed her time in the kitty cottages! We had a bad experience one time when we had to use a DIFFERENT location (name withheld), and when Mark heard about this, he made sure to make it up to us even though he was not affil

I don’t know what it is about this store. The people are so kind and so helpful. first thing I needed was to get a bag of purina pro plan. Thomas the gentleman working on the pallet in the back was so helpful when talking to me and helping me figure out what bag I’ve purchased before, poor thing had a brace on, I hope he’s ok, then I was getting fish today and the gentleman with the shot hair, I believe his name is Sal was so kind and so helpful and not to mention super quick. And when I went up to registers, The beautiful Mexican guy with the long thick beautiful hair with the beard was so nice and so kind and he helped me with that darn website and getting cash back on my purchase (I forget his name no matter how many times he tells me.) Aggressive, problematic management. Avoid. A really unnecessary experience occurred here shortly at/ after 6:30pm on 12/10/2025 when myself, my partner, and our kids came in for some aquarium equipment in a pinch. While shopping, my two youngest kids saw the bathroom and said they need to use it *now* and that it was "an emergency" and "couldn't wait anymore". We go back to the front and I ask a cashier for the code to the bathroom. The lady asks over the radio for a code. I repeat it back to her to verify it was correct, and then wrote it down. We all walk back to the bathrooms and try the code, but the code is wrong. I try a couple of iterations of the code, try it on the other bathroom door- nothing.
