I cannot say enough good things about the Arrowhead PetSmart Doggy Day Camp. Every single staff member there is truly incredible. You can tell immediately that they genuinely love animals, and that kind of care is priceless. Stephen is amazing, and the entire team goes above and beyond every single time. Even when they are extremely busy, they never rush you, they take time with each customer, and they treat every dog like they matter. The energy there is always kind, patient, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, cared for, and treated like family, this is it. I’m beyond grateful for this team.

The people working here are very helpful. The store is clean and they are usually stocked with whatever we need. Overall about as good as a large chain stone can be!

This is a great location clean store and a lot of variety of items specifically for fish and reptiles. On top of that the staff is very knowledgeable. Thanks PetSmart.

My fellas (Winston and Shadow) are always excited to go hang out with their human and furry friends at Arrowhead Day Camp and PetsHotel. I have complete peace of mind leaving them in their care, knowing they’re being spoiled with hugs, belly rubs, and peanut butter Kong treats. You can tell that the staff genuinely love our pets, and that they all work together as a team to deliver the great service they provide. That makes all the difference to me.

We really enjoy the groomers there. They do I great job trimming our mini-golden doodle.
