Clean, neat, well kept store with friendly and helpful employees. They did have some sales and promotions on treats and toys and some select foods. I snagged an adorable sweater for half price for my Daisy, and she loves it! Pet food prices have skyrocketed everywhere in recent years, and this store is in line with similar pricing.

All the staff is very nice and helpful when looking for something specific. One of our dogs is attending training classes and Jess is wonderful!

Nice store but the grooming section could use some help. I understand its difficult trimming nails but when I had to go back because the didn't trim 2 of the nails and when went back they made it seem like it was a hassle because they ground the nail down and left the rest n wasn't going to trim it. Certain ones did great job others only there for the pay check it seems like. 30 min drive one way for a 50/50 shot that you will get a good job at the groomer. Not to mention the ground my dogs one nail while I was holding onto him against corporate policy.

I WILL NOT EVER TAKE MY DOG FOR GROOMING EVER AGAIN. I was told that they could not do her nails because she didn’t like the grinder, but I was charged to do her nails, I was told they brushed her, but I have been brushing my dog for two days now And removing large amounts of hair. I asked them to trim the hair on her rear end and tail and that wasn’t done. I was charged for services that they could not perform according to them, so they charged me $60 for a wash and blow dry and that was it.

Did our first full grooming for our golden retriever today. Nikki in Gaylord did a beautiful job. They were very thorough and did exactly what we asked for. We'll definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.
