Took fairy for grooming yesterday after I tried giving her a haircut myself and omg I'm relieved. Thank you so much. Not only did she smell and look clean but she looks good again.

Cricket and Dubai roaches have been such poor quality! They are left of the shelf for weeks to just die and never seem to be rotated. I've seen the same container of insects on the shelf for over a month now and everything is dead . Do employees check on these things and throw the dead ones away? If I picked up the container of dead rotting crickets I wouldn't be surprised if the cashier would process and charge me . Do better for your reptile customers PetSmart. Very unacceptable. I'd rather go give me business to a mom and pop store out of my way and even pay more .

2nd attempt to have my dog get a bath. nothing special, just a bath. Both times it has taken in excess of 3 hours. I have asked why it is taking so long. And yes you guessed it, they got behind. Which lets you know getting behind should be expected and nothing will be done to correct this behavior ever. Strangest thing though, you book appointments in blocks of 30 minutes, good luck planning your schedule with a +/- 3 hour window.

The employees there went above and beyond to help me get my girls’ new reptile babies situated. I’ve even had to come back a few times with not only questions, but some accessory exchanges/returns. They were very patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about the well-being of my pets and any other questions/concerns I’ve had. Thank you all!

Went there today for my daughter’s birthday because it showed online that they had male guinea pigs available. We drove all the way from Charlotte to get the male. Big mistake. Once we got there the floor manager was cold saying they’re not out come back tomorrow or give me a second let go help this client and that she’ll brb. She did that then ignored us the rest of the time. We left and clearly won’t be returning to that location.
