I debated for a while whether I should write this review, but I honestly feel people need to know. I took my dog to this location a couple of weeks ago for grooming, and it was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. The cut was extremely uneven, and none of the instructions I provided were followed. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I strongly recommend staying away. My dog literally looked like an Instagram meme afterward , that’s how bad it was

Called ahead to see if they had my item in stock before I drove all the way over there (2 other stores were out of item). Cashier took the time to go PHYSICALLY look for me. When I came into the (very clean and well-stocked) store, she was kind and helpful.

I took my cat to this veterinary office in March to have a new kitten exam for my rescue cat. We were told she wasn’t spayed and she needed to get spayed. Fast forward to November we dropped her off for surgery to get spayed. During surgery, I get a call that she actually doesn’t have ovaries and she is already spayed. They still made me pay 500$ to pretty much open her up and tell her she doesn’t need the surgery. they have the audacity to ask me if I wanted to have a special test to see if she was spayed or not for an additional cost. They sent her home with pain medication and a paper not explaining what kind of surgery they did. I cannot believe that I paid $500 to have my Cat go into surgery for no reason. This could’ve been completely avoided if they just did the new kitten exam corr

Really like this store. ☺️ And my Cat has friends there too 🐈 Friendly service and U can find everything for Your puppy 🐱 Really recommend. Grade A
