2nd Edit: I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 4 after going to this location today and seeing the changes they made! The bettas' water all looked clean and they were much better organized - there were no fish hiding on the left wall where I found my Nimbus/near the plants. There was a dedicated fish department employee attending many customers and also helped me find something. It seemed a lot more professional today than other times I've gone in, and I'm grateful they took constructive criticism to heart! Edit: After submitting a complaint about the state of this betta, I was promised a reply from management from this store that never came. A neighbor who brings her dog Rambo a yellow lab to the PetSmart groomers told me that they always treat her and her dog exceptionally well. So after calling and speaking with a PetSmart employee whose name was Joe, I made plans to come in today. And the groomers department Did NOT Disappoint. I was greeted by a lady whose name is Barb, very friendly, professional & courteous. She was super responsive to my needs, questions in reference to Guinness, My Brindle French Bulldog. Two of her exceptionally kind Co-Workers were so gentle as say escorted Guinness to the area where they were going to clip his nails. At no time during our visit was Guinness stressed are exhibiting any signs of being worried. In fact I think he loved getting his nails done because he had the biggest grin on his face

This location went from 3 stars to 5 and for me, that’s because of people like Katya. I go to this particular location a few times a month and Katya has made a huge impact on the customer experience here. They always take the time to go over the app with us and let us know of any upcoming events. I had NO idea how many rewards I could get from the app until Katya showed me how to activate them. Thanks Katya for being so helpful and awesome!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The cashier who checked me out didn’t greet me at all and behaved extremely unprofessionally. After I completed my purchase and said “thank you,” she didn’t respond, didn’t make eye contact, and simply walked away. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Staff should be polite, respectful, and able to interact with customers in a basic professional manner. Management should seriously address this issue.

Took 2 dogs to get groomed. We just wanted them to give them a bath, de shed one dog and shave down their nails. Got there to pick them up and one of my dogs gave them a hard time so they did nothing for her. My second dog did great and was de shed, nails trimmed and a bath. When they gave me back my dogs my pitbull who would not let them do anything had poop all over her paws, legs, tail and body. They told me about it as we were gonna walk out, guy gave me wipes and towels to clean dog. The poop was dry and everywhere!!! He told me my dog pooped in the crate and walked on it but when I picked up my dog I had to get her out of crate and the crate was clean. After I made a big deal about it, he said he could rinse her off so we took her in back and he washed her down. The thing that annoye
