Came to the adoption center and adopted a dog about a month ago. Everyone was great! We got coupons and made some purchases for our new pup.

Took my dog here for grooming …. they informed me he would have to get shaved low ok cool …. UPON PICK UP i was informed that my dog ate a “little” of his hair !! 3 days later he’s not keeping anything down , diarrhea, and just not acting like himself …. I came home from work on the 5TH day after his cut to a huge pile of dog hair he threw up… Katie J is the worst groomer here by far. the pictures below are ALL of the hair that came out of him within 3 days ! after $395 in vet bills !!! I reached out to the store and management to be reimbursed i will continue to speak to whoever i need to to get a FULL REFUND! JUST PURE NEGLIGENCE AND UNACCEPTABLE. my dog could have literally died if i didn’t pay so much attention to him !

Don’t take your dog here for grooming. I dropped my dog off for a bath (no trim, no haircut, literally just a bath). They say it’ll be 2-3 hours, no problem. I leave and not even 30 minutes go by and they say I have to come pick him up because he is acting like he has to go to the bathroom. Mind you, my dog NEVER has accidents & can hold his bowels for 12+ hours. So you’re telling me after 30 mins, he’s just struggling so much that I have to get him ASAP? And if he had to go that bad, why not take him outside? So I paid for a rushed job when I never have had any issues with Petsmart grooming in general. Safe to say, we won’t be back.

Always have what we need. Friendly staff. I see others having their dogs trained there. Banfied is connected and they have great vets there. The grooming salon is ways busy so be sure to schedule an appointment. Our dogs always love cruising the aisles with us.

My partner and I have been looking to adopt a dog for a while, on this particular day we had gone to 4 other shelters until making our last trip to this particular location. The older lady at the counter (shoulder length blonde hair, blue eyes) wasn’t very welcoming to us to begin with. We looked at two dogs and fell in love with a wonderful 3 year old dog Wren. We told the lady we wanted her and then went to the bathroom. While in the bathroom (all of 5 mins) a family came in and looked at Wren. We sat at the front patiently waiting for her to come and talk to us meanwhile showing the family a different dog. We realized she wasn’t going to come out to us and went inside where she still ignored us while the family was still looking at the other dog, she was sitting there talking to them no
