Always have a great experience with the groomers at Fort Smith PetSmart. They are so friendly and sweet to our fur kids. Jacque & Arwenli did a fabulous job on our 2 standard Poodles. Recommended them both to my daughter for their standard Poodles. Will definitely be back next month. Saves my back from bathing and grooming them. Great job girls!!
The staff are knowledgeable and a joy to talk to about our critters. They keep the critter cages clean and tidy with happy looking babies ready to go home with you.
I took my dog in to be fitted for a harness, I asked for assistance as she’s difficult to fit into one,, I was assured someone would be right with me. 15 min later, I told them never mind. They were not busy. I went to PetCo and purchased one. Do better Petsmart!
My puppy LOVES her groomer, Sam! The entire grooming staff are all so sweet and love on my puppy the whole time she's there. Sam even remembered and was excited to see Cozy back on her books. I'll keep bringing her back; I know Cozy's in great hands here! They even gave her a pretty little bow today!
I seriously think they drugged my dog. I will never ever take him there again. Idk what they gave him but is wasn't himself for 10 days or so. I did NOT appreciate them doing that. !!!!!He a 14 lbs non aggressive multi poo. I'm just thanking God they didn't un alive my best budd.
