I take my dog Penny to this location and Becca has done her nail trims the last couple times, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Penny is can be an anxious girl, and Becca is ALWAYS so sweet, patient, and gentle with her. She takes her time, talks to her softly, and makes sure she feels safe the entire time. You can really tell that Becca genuinely cares about the animals she works with. She’s an absolute gem, and we’re so grateful for her! 💛🐾

First of all, the people who attended me at the grooming salon were very kind. Today my golden retriever had an appointment for a trim, and when I arrived, I explained what I wanted — and it’s not that complicated, because golden retrievers don’t usually get much cut. The appointment was at 12:30, and they called me at 6:00 to pick her up. When I saw her, it was a complete mess — not at all what I asked for. And on top of that, they didn’t even clean her ears. I spoke with the manager, and she was very kind and respectful, and they refunded my money. But this isn’t about the money — it’s about our pets and the sacrifices we make to take care of them. I won’t mention the groomer’s name out of respect, but I found it very inappropriate that they even dared to do something like that.

Not gonna lie, was disappointed. I went in to get my disabled dog pet socks with grips that the website said was available in store. I was told by a male associate they barely carry any and he was polite, I decided to get outside boots as I needed something now, when I arrived at checkout I guess the cashier had just gotten there. She said I am clearly not even close to ready so I stepped back away from the checkout. I proceeded to stand there for a few minutes until she said ok she was impolite, clearly hated her job and I felt like an inconvenience the entire time.

If you’re looking for fish, don’t bother coming here. The way they care for the fish and tanks is horrible. Every tank was filthy. An employee asked me if I was interested in getting a fish, and I said no after looking at the way these tanks look, and she replied “I don’t blame you”. While I was looking at plants, another employee walked by me and asked me if I needed any help. I told her I came here to see what fish and supplies they had. I explained that I was disappointed in the way the tanks looked, and she responded “They have people that come in to clean the tanks, and the tanks are having a good day”. If this is a good day, then I’m afraid to see what a bad day looks like. Besides the fish tanks looking disgusting, the rest of the store was clean, and most employees were helpful. Pe

I like coming here to see the animals, you can never go wrong with PetSmart. I bought my Bearded Dragon here years ago and she’s so big and beautiful now. Her name is Echidna, and if you don’t know who that is google her name and Greek Mythology. Yes, I am a nerd😂😂.
