I love having a pet store local but it’s forever short on stock! Every time I go there I leave without something I need due to “ not in stock “ or we don’t carry it!!! Simple items! Today it was PH up for my fish. No Corals, no uv lights and I have to fluctuate between filter brands, again depending on what’s in stock!!! Employees are referring me to your competition! I’ve been experiencing this here for a couple of years, believe it or not. I would love to be able to have a one stop PetSmart!

Grooming is awesome and nails get done wonderful time everyone loves tippy even though she's a drama queen lol thanks again

We have had several wonderful experiences at Petsmart grooming. Each time we have been treated kindly and professionally. Our old dogs have been gently handled and they do a thorough grooming job. Sandy has been our preferred groomer but our pups have had several over the years. It definitely helps to share what your expectations with them in advance.

If you shop at Elkton PetSmart... Please Read! (This is a portion of a complaint I sent in and they did absolutely nothing except forward the message to the store) This isn't the first time someone there was rude but this was a whole new level... "On Thursday August 28, 2025 around 10 am at the PetSmart located at Big Elk Mall a manager ( brown hair & glasses) was assisting my husband who isn't big on technology. In the process she made a comment on how he can't read! My husband has a reading disability and though he laughed it off in front of her he was deeply embarrassed and insulted! Then when she asked if he needed a shopping cart for the dog cage he purchased and he said no thanks.. she said "I guess all your good for is lifting things since you can't read" Not just once but twic

After looking around and comparing reviews and cost of several different dog training options we chose to go through PetSmart (Elkton) as it was the most affordable. We just finished the 6 week Beginner course with Trainer Cara, and we absolutely LOVE her! Not only did she cover the curriculum but she took the time to answer any and all questions a first time dog owner could think of. She was patient with the fact that I was also learning as well as my pup.I honestly cannot rave enough about her. If your looking for a wonderful training experience I highly suggest checking them out.
