I wanna love this place.It's really close to my house.However, the last three experiences I had with curbside pickup have been awful.The last one that left me outside for twenty three minutes.I finally walked inside and the managers were happy to correct it.Cuz once I got inside, the order was wrong. Its Not the first time. I have left side limitations.And i'm use a cane to walk, that's the purpose of curbside!! but they get the order wrong.And you finally have to go inside because they picked the order incorrectly again And then when you get in there, they don't even have the product that you're ordered in the first place!!.It's not a good experience.Be careful with this location if you have high blood pressure cuz, they'll leave you sitting inside a hot car for twenty three minutes at t

Great customer service. Staff is always there to lend help if needed. Salon staff is very helpful and informative about my fur baby :)

Such great selection the service was top tier. Prices are just to high. Tjmaxx and other competitors have same selection if not better and 90% cheaper

Such a large, clean and friendly location! The staff is always welcoming and helpful. This is a large PetSmart so they have a lot of options on pet supplies and food. There are fish to see, cats and a grooming station. It is always kept very clean and neat and it is easy to find what your looking for. Huge parking lot out front and near lots of other fun stores!

I always order from this location because the store is big and has plenty of staff. My order was ready for pickup faster than I expected, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Always a great experience!
