PetSmart

I went with my dad to purchase fish for his students and we got 50 fish in one bag and 20 in the other and we thought it was a little odd and after checking out, we started to research a lot of information such as how many fish can survive in one bag and for how long come to find out that they would've died in an hour had we not rushed him to school right away. Unfortunately, we lost one as soon as we got to the high school. We asked two employees what the return policy was in case they did die and they said no refund policy but online we found evidence that says otherwise. I have multiple photos. Attached even called the time of death. Petco regulation says only 10 small fish should be in each bag and that 1 fish alone can last only 6 hours in the bag our 50 fish stood no chance.

This isn't the first time I have gone to PetSmart; however, this is the first time I've had an issue with my dog's grooming results. When I picked her up it was around almost 6:00 p.m. and getting off from work I was tired however the very next day I had class and and that next evening I noticed that my dog's hair was cut unevenly in various spots. I kind of feel like annoyed for the fact that I paid for the Valentine's special plus additional services bringing my total to around $68. I did reach out to PetSmart they agreed to regroom my dog but the fact is I got to drive 24 Mi round trip plus gas and this is my Saturday off to catch up on my homework! So with that being said I'm very upset at this point. I posted both sides of the area hopefully they're visible. There used to be a groom

This is the first time I've tried Pet Smart, and I really like the way my dog ​​looks. My dog ​​was very nervous and trembling, maybe because it's a new place, but Glenda did a great job even though it might have been difficult to work with the dog. Thank you so much for such a great job.

It is smaller than any PetSmart i had been to. The place gave me the depressing vibe when I walked in. Maybe it is cramped and the floor is a dark color. Even the animals there all looked so sad. The fish tanks are not well kept.

Super easy and accessible plus Jack (the dog) loved it! Bianca did a great job and was good enough to tell us Jack had sore hips so she groomed him in bits giving him a time to rest between sessions.
