I took my Cavalier King Charles for grooming and specifically said just a trim and keep her ears long. When I picked her up I was shocked to see her hair was super short, her belly have shaved, and her ears were at least two inches shorter. I will never go again.
The PetsHotel and the groomer staff are great. They are very familiar with my dog and treat her well. They also give some good coupon/specials. The store is slightly overpriced and I prefer to go to my local shops for food where I can get better deals.
Oh my goodness!!! My Mojo pup looks like a gem! Thank you, Emily He was a little nervous, but Emily calmed him and even gave him some pets after his grooming session. Thank you for being so kind! Mojo looks so handsome!
We were helped with an aquarium and stand by a wonderful young man named Brenden. He did a great job and was very helpful answering questions & loading the heavy stand & tank. I overheard another employee say it was his first day. Great job! Thank you!
I wish I remembered the check out lady's name, she was very knowledgeable and a great help
