PetSmart

I know pet stores get a bad rep but I bought two guinea pigs for my daughter's a few days ago and we had a great experience at the store. The staff were really nice and helpful, as well as knowledgeable and able to answer questions we had. These little piggies are just the sweetest and it's becoming difficult to hand them to the kids when all I want to do is hold and snuggle them!

Got this little couple at the walpole store. They're so sweet n play alot!!! I named her Echo & him Reign (he's the greenish one)

Signed my new pup Rocky and myself up for six sessions of group training ($129 total), which ended up being private sessions as we were the only ones to sign up this go around! Leigh was our trainer. She was knowledgeable, patient with me and Rocky, and understanding and compassionate about my anxiety regarding Rocky's on-leash reactivity (barking at people and dogs). We worked on several commands in the training room, which Rocky did great at. We also moved through the store practicing commands with distractions, and working on Rocky's reactivity. We had a great time, made great strides in just six sessions, and Rocky and I are even closer for training together. We will be continuing on with Leigh for intermediate training!

My go to, to not spoil my cat, i dont spoil my cat, but if I did, the best place to go for snacks, litter and quality food would be pet smart in walpole. Again I would never spoil my cat cause I'm a guy, and I like dogs, but again, if I were to spoil my amazing, handsome beautiful cat, it definitely would be pet smart, cuz the staff rocks!!

Removing a star because of a dog groomer that works here. We had a few dog baths here with a groomer who was great! She said my dog loved it and always praised him. Now, we had to choose a different groomer who is sadly not good. She has hurt our dog while clipping his nails and didn't even notice. We picked him up and he was bleeding. She has also recommended to sedate our puppy and refuses to do his nails unless sedated. Mind you, he had no issues with the other groomer and lets us cut his nails without any issues at home. He is not aggressive, not anxious or anything like that. Please do not sedate your dog to be bathed here if you dog doesn't cause any issues at home. I will still give 4 stars because the store has friendly employees and I've really enjoyed the dog training here too.
