PetSmart

Well I went to this location to return some unopened items due to mistakenly purchasing the incorrect items. I had the receipt of purchase and the items to return. The lady at the front was sweet so this not to make her look bad. She even offered for me to try another location in Peachtree Corners, GA that would be less strict on returns. I wanted to write this review because of how strict this location's management is. I find it really ridiculous that I can't return items that are unopened along with the receipt that I recently purchased from here in under less than a week ago. Even their return policy states as long as the items aren't opened, then it is eligible for a full refund. It makes me not want to shop here anymore and to warn others of this location's STRICT management. To me th

The management and team members all had horrible attitudes. I went in on a very cold night and I ride in a sling shot and my dog a pitty of course rides right next to me. Well I wanted to get her something a bit warmer so I didnt have to worry about her being to cold. But none of the staff was any help and they all kept watching me like I was going to steal something. Then to top it off when I was checking out the manager kept whispering in the cashiers ear. Probably because I was using an e gift card and they had never seen it done the way I did. I wouldn't have spent a dime in there if my little pup.wasnt cold. Poor customer service

Went on a Monday afternoon on 9/15/2025 to look at small pets for my kids before I buy one I was tapping on the glass of the hamsters to see if they would come out n a racist white lady with short brown hair that’s been watching me and my kids the whole time decided to ruin our experience with her rude attitude she said “DONT DO THAT THEY’RE NOCTURNAL” like I’m supposed to know that. Your tone of voice is important in customer service which she obviously didn’t know or care. I will not be buying from this company with their employees acting like that. Thanks for helping me dodge a bullet!!

Deb is The woman who helps with kitten adoptions is just incredibly mean. She doesn't care about finding a good home for the cat; she cares about imposing her own rules. I've experienced this personally.

This location is usually decent with friendly staff, but on my most recent visit, it was far from that. We got to the store in hopes of purchasing a hamster. We noticed that one was up for adoption, and when we asked about it, the lady working in the pet care department rudely explained that it had a messed up jaw. She talked to me as if I didn't know what I was doing or talking about, but I own 3 hamsters and work at another pet store. I have done endless amounts of research and I know more than any chain pet store would about hamsters. She reluctantly showed me the hamster by startling it awake.
