The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were actually busy stocking up stuff and cleaning but they made time to help me out and find what I needed. They also recommended the best products. This is definitely the store I will keep coming for my pet needs. Thank you so much

I've used their grooming department since my Shih Tzu Kai was 3 months old. They have always been amazing, cut her hair just the way I like it. Nails are always done short & non pointing to wear we get scratched up on our arms & legs...so double thanks on that. She always looks great 👍 👌 😍 💕 ❤️ 💖 👍 I truly commend these groomers they truly do amazing work. I am bed ridden and currently under Hospice care for end stage breast cancer 🎀. Kai means so much to me she is my emotional support dog. She brings me great joy and comfort as well as dopamine hits throughout the day to bring me happiness. I truly believe she has already helped me so much. Back in May 2025 I was told I had 3 months to live. You can imagine the fear I went through worrying if today was my last. Kai helped me through tho

I came in last week to get my kitty 🐱 a cat tree, new water bowl, litter box, collar, and a toy as a late Christmas 🎄 gift for her. When I arrived home I forgot a bag with a few of the items I purchased so the next morning I went in to grab it with my receipt. The lady who had checked me out previously wasn’t there but she felt so bad that she got an extra toy for our kitty with a note attached to the bag to express how sorry she was. I want to say how thankful I am for that sweet lady and now my family and I are set on making this store our regular place to come shop for our fur baby! Thank you so much!

Took our boy to his first ever grooming yesterday to get a bath, trim and his nails clipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations as it was his first time since we had rescued him and we weren't sure how he would react to the grooming. They even were kind enough to dremel his nails instead of the typical clipping and didn't charge us since it was his first time. Will definitely be taking him back in the future

I just wanted to mention that next time, it’s a good idea to take a quick look at your dog 🐾 before heading out the door 🚪. Overall, the service was good 😊, but Bear’s face grooming was a bit uneven this time ✂️. Looking forward to a better experience next time! Woof!
