Dominic! We could not have done it without you. Our daughter asked for a crested gecko for her bday. So we’ve been trying to figure out all that little Marmalade needs. It’s been a journey, but today Dominic really put us at ease with all the reptile knowledge. We got everything we need and more! Thanks!!

very disappointed with the cashier at petsmart. The advertised sale did not hold true to its promise. instead of checking the signs the cashier said it didn’t take the discount. I spent 50$ on things i could’ve got at walmart for 20$ but that’s the last money i will give this company. good luck Petsmart … i’ll use chewy. train your employees better.

The staff was quick and helpful. But please ask more questions when adopting the cats that are in their care, and do an inspection on their little body before you take them home. We adopted a tuxedo baby today, and while giving her a bath, we discovered that she is covered in fleas. When we called the store to ask why she was given to us in this condition, they told us we would have to reach out to the MS Coalition for Animal Protection, since that’s where she came from. I’m extremely irritated that they would put our other pet at risk and our home at risk for contamination.

I can’t thank Lynn in the grooming salon enough! I was nervous to let someone groom my dog that isn’t my normal groomer at home in Ohio, but after meeting Lynn I knew I could trust her with my dog. Baxter went for a bath and brush after a messy visit to the beach, and he came out looking so fresh and clean. The staff was so friendly, and the salon was clean. Baxter was done within an hour. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend Lynn!

Their groomers and trainers are great! My dog (Jimmie) loves ❤️ them! In fact, he gets excited every time we go to to Pet Smart!
