Kami and Mattie made my last minute visit perfect. They very well could’ve closed the doors on me(it was past closing time) but they saw me park and sprint up in my flips flops and held the doors for me. Prime example why I shop here. Solid customer service from them. Plenty of animal stores round here but the customer service these two showed is why I come back.

I just brought my cocker spaniel here for the first time today. We just moved here from benbrook so we were trying to find an affordable yet quality groomer for our little girl. They were so kind from the moment we came though the door and Mari did such a beautiful job on my dogs cut. I appreciate the time and effort she put into my fur baby. Thank Mari!!!

Pet smart really want get my bussiness again one employee tells us we need to get our dog nuttered.hes humping my leg .he's not the brand of dog we say he was totally disrespectful. And did cut the hair right didn't grind the nails right cause he wouldn't be still.we paid for a job not done .I advise nobody to take your dog here to get it groomed
