I live across the street and its the greatest. I can call in an order for curbside pickup and almost immediately my order is ready. I pull up and they come right out and throw my dog food in the back of my van i never even have to get out. Im disabled and have trouble walking. I would recommend this for other disabled people. And when i do occasionally make it inside the people are super friendly and helpful.

Have gone here before and have been mostly satisfied, but definitely need to find someplace else. The website to book appointments is extremely flaky. I tried to book the 830 and 1030 (shown as available appointment times in photo) for my two pets, and every time I booked one appointment all the rest of the available appointments disappeared. I even tried again the next day. After having this happen numerous times I called the store, and they told me that there was only ONE appointment available in the morning at 8:30 all day long. I discussed the screenshot showing all the other available appointments and was told "the website is wrong and everybody is fully booked up." What kind of way is THAT to run the business? Showing half a dozen non-existent "available" allotments??? I'm not go

I am in here often to buy cat food and litter for my 2 cats. Almost everytime I’m here the older lady with the short white hair checks me out. She’s rather chatty but usually nice. There have been a few questionable things she has said to me. But the reason I’m making this review is because I went in tonight to get cat food as I always do….its the same kind of food because my cat is extremely picky and will not eat anything beside chicken pate. This women goes “the same flavor?? Poor cat” excuse me?! I’ve had a few weird experiences with this employee (her replacing my litter deodorizer with carpet cleaner for example) but this was just uncalled for and rude. Still gonna give 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences with everyone else but that absolutely rubbed me the wrong way tonight

Was told a few months back my pup couldn’t come back because he bit someone completely understandable! Then they contact me a few days ago to schedule said pup we get there and pup isn’t welcome??? Then why the hell did they contact me (the same person contacted me all times in store and over the phone but she denies it) they were really rude and when I asked why he wasn’t accepted they repeatedly told me it was because he bit someone but they’ve called me 5 different times since APRIL to schedule him and deny him every time! I’d prefer if they just blocked my contact at this point will never being going back not even for my other dogs I’ve been going there for almost a decade

Horrible and sketchy customer service. There was an older employee lady at the cash register, which im guessing she was the manager, because I believe I saw a lanyard around her neck with multiple keys. Like every manager you see in every retail stores. While we were at the register waiting for her to scan the product, a younger employee girl comes up and asked her where she needed to stock a bag of dog food she had in her hands. The older employee at the register raised her voice at her and gave her an attitude and stated "just put it over there" and pointed to a room at the end of the register desk. Then the older employee was taking so long to ring us out. It was frustrating. You could tell the older employee doesn't help around much on the floor. Because if you are used to assisting
