You just lost a customer that has been coming here for about 10 years. I purchased a recovery vest for my dog that has an upcoming surgery. Got the last one in the size I needed off the shelf. As soon as I took it home and opened it up, it was completely covered in fur and was clearly used, may I mention I just spent 60$ on this thing. Came back to the store and the managerNicole said that was nothing she can do about it, doesn’t even look like she cared to even help me. Never again will I return to this store. Do better I would have taken the vest home if they were to give me a discount at the very least. For the inconvenience of driving there and back, I would have cleaned the vest and kept it.

Took my 4 month old Golden Doodle in for grooming today for his first salon visit! I can’t say enough great things about Cash!!!! He was AWESOME!!!!! We will definitely be back! He did an amazing job with our Onyx!!!!! His before and after pics

Friday night I went in to pick up food and when I got to the register both cashier's were busy looking for something on the floor. Turns out they both had been wearing products, one a lizard and the other a tarantula. The spider had fallen. The girl said, "I didn't want to be blamed for losing a $250 tarantula." I nervously asked "It wasn't here was it?" and she said "no here it is and put it in my face." So besides the fact that if my grandkid had been with me who is deathly afraid of spiders, there would have been trauma, those things are fragile and the fall probably killed it anyway. I'll never go in PetSmart again. They barely acknowledged me as a customer buying overpriced dogfood. The one star is because they're well stocked.

They are pretty rude. I have a bulldog and he really just needs a bath , deshedding, and deodorizingMiss DD (pretty rude) basically stated that they would not be clipping my dog nails or giving him a deshedding due to his behavior my whole thing is if his behavior was so bad she could have stopped us at the door instead of taking him. So when I called she kind of had an attitude basically stating the services she would not be doing for the dog. I was still charged for the bath and nail clipping even though his nails did not get clipped. My whole point is if the dog had a behavior problem turn us around and we can find somewhere else to take him that can handle our dog instead of being rude with me. I don’t like petco as far as grooming and I’m currently searching for a better groomer that
