I had gone there to buy a fish and tank and I met Kiarra and she was AMAZING! she is so knowledgeable about fish and what would and wouldn't work for the size in was getting. She even helped me with food. The best part she named my fish for me and now Fernando happily 😊 lives in our living room and we all love him so I just want to say thank you and great job having such amazing staff and how amazing they are with customers A+

I like stopping by PetSmart when I need supplies or just want to check out the fish. They usually have a nice selection of bettas and community fish, and the tanks look clean. The staff are friendly if you have questions, but they also let you browse without hovering. It’s a fun little break to watch the fish swim around, and I’ve picked up a few healthy ones over the years.

I’ve been coming to the Danvers location Petsmart forever now and never been questioned and judge about where I’m putting fish, it shouldn’t matter and for a Petsmart employee to do that is crazy “MARK”. Which I was buying a couple zebra dinos to be fed to my Bichir just bc they are not feeder fish he would not allow me to buy them. And there is no policy saying so. And I would just like to say to Petsmart u lost money today ending having to spend more time to go to petco down the street and get the same thing for cheaper and was able to get them fix yourself Petsmart

Nice store with a good selection, but the fish keep dying. My water levels are perfect, they just don't survive. No issue with fish from petco
