I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Bokka, Laura, and the entire team for the exceptional care they gave my sweet Layla during her eye infection. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely supported, heard, and cared for. They went above and beyond to do everything possible for her, and after just one week of medication, she is already on the right path to healing. During such a stressful and emotional time, their kindness, compassion, and dedication meant more to us than words can say. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of Layla and for all that you do every day. ❤️

Very good service our hamster never bit us was a bit worried because the person who helped us said she did but we believe it’s bc she was woken up out of her sleep. Found that out later once we got home and she was sleepy and had went into her cage and fell asleep. Also they didn’t lie when they said she was an escape artist found her in a shopping bag with our pens and other things. So we had to use a different tactic to keep her from getting out of her cage. But she loves her new home for sure

I took my puppy for grooming and bath last December 2025 and couple hours after I pick her up she got her eyes red. I had to take her to the veterinary and the Dr said that the groomer squeezed her so bad that caused my baby that problem. They did a horrible job and abused her.Today is Friday and with treatment. I wouldn't take my dog there in her entire life. This is something that should not happen. The eyes are blood shot from how hard Kayra squeezed her neck. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family.

This particular location is quite nice. Very clean inside the staff is amazing. To be more specific I go to take my German Shepherd for his grooming there. And I am always very pleased with the work they do on my hairy dog.

Brought my family that was visiting out of town here. My uncle wanted a couple vampire crabs, so he stood in the fish section for around 30-45 minutes waiting to be helped, but the employee was helping another lady. The employee NEVER ONCE greeted us, never said “sorry I’ll be right with you”, nothing at all!! The employee just looked miserable and annoyed. My uncle asked the front desk/register lady for help, the lady told him that there was only one person who could help and that no one else could grab the crabs real quick. So we kept waiting until my uncle lost hope. I had a cart with supplies to set up a new fish tank for my daughter that I was going to get, and changed my mind due to the wait, and we decided to leave with my let down uncle and my daughter due to being frustrated about
