Staff is friendly enough but stock is very inconsistent and shelves are half stocked half of the time. Management needs to do a better job of ordering in order to keep the shelves stocked, especially with regards to dog food. Some days the food is there, other days it is sold out for extended periods.

I would give zero stars if I could. It's pretty dishonest to be selling burnt out lightbulbs under the guise of a Black Friday deal. My partner found a deep heat projector lamp on sell. She thought the price was pretty low and decided to ask if she could test the light bulb as we live in Montreal. The cashier refused to do so and assured us that the light bulb was working as expected. It was not. It was broken and when we were testing it, it was clear the light was used. Extremely disappointed.

Wherever she is, boss Angela is on it. Helping couriers, assisting customers , she moves through the store like a boss and works like a true superhero. She’s the real backbone of this place. I only visit maybe 2–3 times a month, but every single time, without fail, I notice her in action. Slim, smart, and always on point . Miss Ange is a total asset to this store. Miss Angela deserves a big city where her talent will be recognized.

Went for dog photos with santa (with an appointment booked well in advance) and it was horrible. People waiting 40+ minutes past their booked time, and never even got called up even though people were being called that had times after many of us. Just very unorganized and awful!
