Hannah did an amazing job trimming our girl up! She had horrible tangles on her face and I knew she would be too much of a princess to let anyone get close. They told me “she did the best she could” but I was more than pleased when they brought her out!

Sara G is absolutely amazing!!! She was so gentle and made our pup feel so comfortable during her first experience and we keep going back! You can truly tell she cares about each animal and puts so much love into her work. Thank you Sara!!

would rate zero stars if i could. unbelievable what they put my dog through today. This is how we received buddy back, half cut and a gash in his leg that had to be stapled shut. extremely unprofessional. I checked the reviews and can see this has happened multiple times in the past 6 months. maybe train your groomers better. mistakes happen but this was preventable.

Petsmart Canceled my appointment twice, once because they can’t update their website correctly( allowing me to schedule an appointment and call almost a week later saying they don’t want to take clients after Christmas even though there was more than one time available for the day. Also no where on website does it say can not groom 24hrs after vaccination, so after petsmart canceled my appointment and needing to reschedule asap, I was unable to attend my appointment once again because of non disclosure in website once again. The brunette woman at the check in who apparently grooms the cats was very rude throughout our conversation and genuinely seems to hate her job, as well the woman grooming the dog in the back who initially greeted us in a very miserable tone, definitely not people I’d

I was worried about Petsmart before I bring my dog in since he needs a good presentation before Thanksgiving dinner, so I decide to give this place a try after I had horrible experience with KOP groomers, but unexpectedly Petsmart at Collegeville is just as great as most of Petsmartin the nation, the stuff is very friendly and you can tell they’re actually very gentle with my dog, when he came out, he was happy and clean, like telling you “Mommy I’m ready for thanksgiving dinner”…😋 Thank you Petsmart’s for doing an amazing job.
